Let us commence on this delicious quest for your taste buds!

To begin, grab your crockpot and give her a nice rinse to ensure we are starting off with a clean cooking vessel. After drying, plug in to start heating up your crockpot. Set on high heat for 4 hours, or which ever time setting is closest to three hours, since we will be cooking this for approximately three hours.

Now pour in your Bragg Organic Olive Oil, or whichever is your choice brand and type of olive oil.

While we are allowing oil to heat up in the crockpot, take your chicken. I used Aldi Organic (Free Range) Thin Sliced Chicken Breast Fillets, but feel free to use your choice of brand. I recommend using thin sliced for easier shredding a little later on the recipe.

Now put chicken into large bowl for cleaning. Grab vinegar and pour into bowl with chicken and add water to clean. Then, wash chicken off completely with water.

Now that our chicken is cleaned and ready to go, place into crockpot. Poke with a fork a bunch of times for tenderization or use meat tenderizer if you have that handy tool.

Pour in your pasta sauce. I absolutely love the Aldi Organic Mushroom Pasta sauce (shown in image below) So I recommend using this sauce especially since we will be using Baby Bella mushrooms later on in the recipe. Nevertheless, feel free to use your favorite pasta sauce.

Next, pour in alfredo sauce. I recommend Aldi Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce, but of course use your best judgement on choice of which exact type and brand of your liking.

I always recommend what I feel works nicely in the recipe, but never feel pressured to create variance in your personal cooking experience.

As you can see, I recommend a few specific ingredients that I obtained at Aldi. I like to shop at that supermarket, not for everything, all the time, but for most essentials due to their options in organic food as well as their low prices.

Next step: gather all of your spices.

Add into the crockpot your sea salt, black pepper, onion powder, minced garlic, ground cumin, Italian seasoning, little bit of Adobo, pinch of crushed red pepper (add more than a pinch if you like spicier than not).

After adding all of your spices, take your tongs and mix. I used tongs since they more easily grab the chicken for mixing everything all around in your crockpot.

Set timer for three hours on your oven or whichever tool meets your needs for keeping track of time.

After two hours has passed, come back to your prep station. Take your large yellow onion and Baby Bella mushrooms and place into large bowl for cleaning. Grab vinegar and pour over veggies, as well as adding water to the bowl. Pour out vinegar and water mixture.

Now cut your onion and mushrooms to your desired thickness. I cut my onion and mushrooms a bit chunkier for this recipe, especially my mushrooms this go around.

After cutting, add in your chopped onion. I also added in my frozen peas at this point in time and stir. Leave your meal to continue cooking now.

When there is around twenty minutes left on the timer, take your pot for boiling the pasta and add water, sea salt and olive oil on high heat. Once your pot comes to a boil, throw in your bow-tie pasta on medium heat, and cook for 9 minutes. You want the pasta to be al dente at this point in time.

Once the timer has completed the full three hours, take your chicken out of the crockpot with fresh tongs and place on cutting board. Grab your meat shredder claws and shred the chicken to the best of your ability. Add your now shredded chicken back into the crockpot.

Next, take your chopped Baby Bella mushrooms and throw them into the mix and stir it all up.

Now, incorporate your pasta, blending it into your delicious mixture. It will be filling your nostrils and home with intoxicating smells for quite some time now but keep those hungry eyes out of the kitchen for just a tad bit longer.

Add mozzarella cheese on top.

Set timer for fifteen minutes and let your very soon to be meal cook.

After the fifteen minutes has passed, you are now at your last step! Add fresh parsley.

Let cool, dish your meal and have a very rewarding dinner with your family.

Bon apétit! Enjoy your meal you beautiful humans.

Please remember to always be kind to yourself while you are creating in the kitchen, you are the artist and can do anything you put your mind to. Let yourself be free to try new things and do not be afraid to put your own spin on things!

Until next time, stay cool and know you are loved.

Jah bless you and your meal!
